For warranty repairs, please visit repairs.strykerradios.com to obtain an RMA Number. After you submit a request, the number will be emailed to you along with the address where you will need to ship your radio.

For out of warranty repairs, you can contact Jim @ Key CB. He is probably the most knowledgeable person for those radios in the world. He does warranty repair for us also, Jim knows them like the back of his hand.
