How do I get my radio repaired after the warranty period ends?

For out-of-warranty repairs, please request an RMA number. 

To request an RMA, please visit repairs.strykerradios.com to obtain an RMA Number. If you have not previously sent something back, you will need to create an account.

It might ask about a sales receipt; you can ignore this as your repair is out of warranty.

After you submit a request, we will email you the shipping address and instructions for sending your radio.
