When using a radio with an encoder for the first time, you may notice that changing channels does not provide the same tactile feedback as a traditional channel selector switch. However, you should still be able to feel the change.
It's not uncommon for encoders to occasionally skip or fail to change channels, but if this happens consistently, it could be a sign of a problem. If so, we can address the issue under our factory warranty.
